WAMMO!!! Can ya hear me now “Spiritual Self”???
Interesting how the Universe delivers. We get a subtle knowing of the very thing or things we need to take a closer look at and think “Hmmm, okay, maybe I should spend some time with this and see what comes up”. A week goes by and you’re still occasionally thinking about it (especially when something ruffles your feathers) and you think “Great reminder. I’ll look into this very soon!”. Another week goes by and your patting yourself on the back for remembering that this is something that you need to spend some time with. You justify and rationalize not spending the time with it, because you want to wait for that perfect time where you have good, uninterrupted time and can devote yourself to it wholly. It’s all good. You’ll eventually get to it. Or will you?
Will you get to it before the Universe delivers a punch so big that you cannot postpone or wait a second longer? Where you feel like a two by four has been delivered with a good solid blow to every single part of your knowing, with a deliberate “WHAMMO! Can you hear me now “Spiritual Self”???, ringing ever so loudly through your head. It’s almost laughable if you can get through the initial shock and pain of it all. In fact, if you are aware enough you might be able to even appreciate it as it’s happening. It is after all, proof that there is something bigger than the “ego self” at work here.

Recently I was asked to participate in an amazing project called “Love Begins With Me”. I was so honored to be among many of the most amazing people, who I will refer to as “Light Workers”, to be invited to speak on the topic of how love begins with me. What and incredible project that The Love Foundation is putting together and an even greater experience to be a part of it!
They have set out to reveal that love is alive and well and is being shared amongst people throughout the world. There are so many ways that love can be shared and spread. You will hear story after story from all of the interviews they conducted about how much better the world is when people are sharing their love. How much better their lives are because they are sharing it!! You’ll learn new ways to incorporate a deeper sense of love into your own life and reap the benefits when amazing things manifest because of it!
Again, I was so honored and blessed to be invited to share my story and my thoughts about LOVE and wanted to make sure you were invited to “give a listen” to help you to become more aware of how you are sharing your love in the world. Be Grateful! THIS IS THE “KEY”
So there is a lot of teachings going on in the “Spiritual”/”Metaphysical” niche that talks a lot about the importance of Gratitude. I’m here to tell you that Gratitude truly IS a key component to any Spiritual awakening. Speaking from personal experience I have taken this “key” and used it until I’m practically blue in the face, just knowing that if I can be grateful enough for all that I’ve got, that more will come.
Sound familiar? And are you getting the results you’ve been hoping for by becoming more aware of the things in your life to be grateful for? What I have found is that the REASON for your gratitude is the bigger more powerful engine that creates and manifests rather than the act of Gratitude itself.

DO YOU TRUST ME OR NOT?
As I surrender into trust, just being and allowing I seem to accomplish more.
It’s weird how it works. What is trust really? We can understand the definition of trust but do we really get it? It’s never the easiest thing to trust that what I want and what I allow Spirit to handle for me, will be so. I preach it all day long in my life, relationships and coaching. I convince myself that I believe it, but that little voice inside my head just keeps bringing up all my deeply ingrained beliefs about “how it REALLY” is. Just like that my trust goes out the window! Like the idea that you can’t just sit on a couch and expect things to show up OR nothing really good comes easy. Sound familiar?
